Isle of Mull

Photography Workshops

Tony from the Power House organises photographic trips on the island. These are suitable for beginners or advanced photographers alike. This is a great way to see the island and view it from a new perspective.

Guided Walks

Tony is also a fully qualified Mountain Leader. If you want to learn how to read a map and navigate around the mountains in saftey then try one of our navigation days. Alternatively let Tony do all the work and have a guided walk.

Local Artists

Come and have a look at paintings by local artists Graham & Sally Bruce-Richards.

Staffa trips
It is a 45 minute sea journey to Staffa and Fingal's Cave which is always splendid and atmospheric with basaltic columns formed 59 million years ago. Puffins can be seen ashore in season and often guillemots, fulmars, great skuas, eider ducks, gannets, kittewakes, black-backed gulls, great northern divers and razorbills on the water. If you are lucky it is possible to see occasionally a passing whale, basking shark, porpoise, dolphin or otter. The trip lasts 3 hours and you can disembark at Fionnphort or Iona.
